Profit Sharing Program

A Profit Sharing Program generates needed revenue for the LC Annual Operating Budget to keep tuition as low as possible.  This program also can help families significantly lower their

own or someone else’s tuition.  Here is how the program works.

  • A minimum of 14 fundraising opportunities will be available.

  • Each student is responsible for a minimum of $600 in revenue.

A family of three or more students is responsible for $1,500 in revenue.

  • Each family has the option of contributing to the program an amount of $300 per student, or $750 if from a family of three or more children.  This step eliminates the fundraising participation.

  • If funds raised surpass the minimum, a family can apply half of the excess revenue to their tuition, or to someone else’s tuition should they want to make a gift.  For example:  A single child family raises $800, or $200 past the required minimum.  LC keeps $100 (covers the cost of the fundraiser) and the family can apply the other $100 to their     tuition or to someone else’s tuition.

  • The official list of fundraising opportunities for this program will be announced in early March.

  • A lack of participation in this program will result in the implementation of the

current LC collection policy that is meant to curb late tuition payments.
