Yanney, class of 1981, died on February 11, 2004 FACULTY AND STAFF Catherine (Cass) Deitz passed away on June 7, 2010.  Cass had given 28 years of service as a maintenance worker to Lebanon Catholic back in the 60's, 70's, and 80's.  The display case windows glistened when Cass was on the job.  Her work at keeping Lebanon Catholic sparkling and sharp-looking to all who entered the building was appreciated back then.  So also was her ubiquitous smile that brought peace to all who talked to her.  **************************************** Alumni who spent any of the years between 1986 and 1996 at Lebanon Catholic might be saddened to hear that their former principal, the Rev. Philip DeChico, M. Div., passed away on February 25, 2006.  He was only 57 years old.  Under Father DeChico’s administration, the 7 th and 8 th grades were brought up to the high school thus instituting a junior high school on the hill, uniforms were introduced, and a six day cycle of class days was initiated (the latter of which no longer exists).  The school is sorry to report the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Sheetz in 2004 .  Many alumnae will remember Mrs. Sheetz as their gym teacher.  She was a tiny lady with a lot of stamina.
