Parent-School Agreement Certificate
We have received and read the appropriate 2006-2007 Lebanon Catholic School Handbook. The rules in the Handbook (and any addenda during the school year) are governing principles of Lebanon Catholic School. We agree to abide by the Handbook, including dress code, tuition, discipline and all other sections.
