Lebanon Catholic Music Department Lesson Agreement

Lesson Times
Lessons are 30 minutes once a week during school. Special schedules for school may affect lesson times. The student is responsible for making up all work missed during their lesson time.

Rates and Payment
The rate per student is $12.00 for one half-hour lesson in a group setting. All efforts will be made to keep the group size at 2 students; however, due to growth in the program, this may not always be possible. Beginning students will probably start out in a group with more than 2 students.
Private lessons are available upon request and based on availability. Private lessons are subject to a higher rate. Please contact Mrs. Root if you are interested.

Payment is due either weekly or monthly. Weekly payments need to be made at each lesson. Monthly payments are due during the first lesson of the month, if payments are late, and no arrangements have been made, lessons may be withheld at the discretion of the director.

Missed Lessons
No lessons should be missed due to schedule changes, even 2hr. delays. Just as there is a special school schedule for those days, there is also a special lesson schedule. Lessons may only be missed due to sickness, school closing, tests, or quizzes. Please notify Mrs. Root if a lesson is missed due to a test or quiz.

All lessons missed through the fault of the student will not be made up. In this situation, the weekly charge for lessons still applies.

Every effort will be made to make up lessons through the fault of the instructor. If it is not possible to make up the lesson, no fee will be charged. A credit for the next month will be given to those who pay monthly.
Lessons will not be made up due to holidays and school closings and no charges will be applied. If the lesson is pre-paid, then a credit will be applied to the following month.
