We will use your improved information skills to create a research portfolio due at the end of the quarter.             Your grade will be calculated using the points earned from in class assignments, quizzes, responsibility checks and the research project. .

            Closing remarks:

If you do not clean up your papers, put reference books away, and push your chair in before leaving class, you will be fined 10 cents for the missions. Part of your education is to become considerate conscientious individuals. If you loose handouts, you will need to pay 10 cents a page to have others copied. Part of your job is to develop responsible habits. Placing your handouts in your folder so that they do not get lost is one of those habits that show responsibility.
