Delayed Openings, Early Dismissals and Cancellations

In the case of weather conditions that would force the delayed opening or cancellation of school, Lebanon Catholic School usually follows the decision of the Cornwall-Lebanon School District. As quickly as decisions are made they are posted on the Lebanon Catholic School's voicemail system and announced on WLBR 1270 AM. Parents can telephone LCS @ 273-3731 and select OPTION 6 for updated information.

In case of early closings because of weather, Lebanon Catholic School follows the closing time of the Cornwall-Lebanon School District. Students from any given school district will be released at the time when that district's bus arranges for pick up. Please listen to WLBR 1270 AM for announcements of early dismissal due to inclement weather.

In case of an early dismissal due to weather condition or any other unusual circumstances, you may sign up on WGAL 8's website to be contacted by either email or text message. Simply go to the wgal.com and proceed to "Closings". Select "Sign up for school closings." Enter your email address. Select "L" for our school and scroll down to Lebanon Catholic School. Continue to follow the directions.

Please note that some radio and television stations announce/report Lebanon Catholic School as Lebanon Catholic High School in ERROR. In the event Lebanon Catholic High School is used, the announcement also refers to the elementary and middle school.
