Dear Parents and Guardians,

Next school year the Middle States Service Committee will be implementing a new school-wide service program. To fulfill our Middle States requirements we will be doing the following sevice:

Grades K - 3

4 hours of community service 1 hour of school service

Grades 4 - 5

8 hours of community service 2 hours of school or church service

Grades 6 - 7

3 hours of community service A class Caritas project

Grades 8 - 11

6 hours of community service 1 hour of Caritas service

Grade 12

20 hours of community service 10 hours of church service 10 hours of Caritas service

Each student will have a teacher mentor to keep track of completed service in
a service folder.

You will be informed twice a year on the status of your child's service hours.

If you have question on this project, contact your child's mentor or Mrs. Clark
on the school website.
