ABC Homework
Word Families:
1. Make up sentences using “ut” words.
But, cut, hut, nut, rut, shut
2. Put in ABC order: shut, but, hut nut, rut, cut
3. Have someone tell you the words and you spell them. Without looking
Divide paper in thirds, write words, in first third, fold, spell words, open and
check spelling.
4. Change the “t” in cut to a “g” how many “ug” words can you write?
5. Do the same ideas with the other word families.
