Hello everyone!

Our preschool is located in the town of Paramus NJ.

The Lenni Lenape Indians gave this land its name. Experts on the Lenni Lenape
language say that Paramus means literally "where there is worthwhile or fertile land".

There are 14 children in our class. They are three and four years old.

We were all thrilled to meet Wally and enjoyed spending the day with him.
We took him on an Easter egg hunt with us.

Will Wally find the eggs?
The children invite you to read their story to find out!

“ Wally was looking for Easter eggs
under the snack table. No.
There were no eggs there.
All Wally found were crumbs.”

“Then Wally looked in the sand table.
But there were no eggs there either.
All he found was some rocks and sand.”

“Wally looked for Easter Eggs with the fish. That’s silly, Wally. No eggs there.
All he see’d was fishes.”

Wally looked for eggs with the crabs.
Can Wally get out?
All he saw was crabs. No eggs.”

“Then Wally went to look for eggs
in the cozy corner. No eggs.
But he read a book.”

Wally went outside to the bird feeder.
He didn’t see Easter eggs but he saw seeds .”

“Wally went to look for Easter eggs
in our garden. But all he saw were
rocks and daffodils and...

more flowers and green leaves.
No Easter eggs in the garden.

“Wally looked for eggs in our weather station,
but all he saw was wind blowers and wind chimes. Wally didn’t find no Easter eggs.”

“Then Wally went to the playground.
No eggs on the steps, Wally.”

Wally looked on the slide for eggs.
But all he found was feet!
The he went down.”

“Then Wally went to our trail.
All he found was our Tree Trail sign.
Nope no eggs.”

“Wally looked for the eggs. He found
the marks on the tree. But not eggs.”

“And then he looked in our stick house.
All he saw was feathers. No eggs there!”

“Then he looked behind the tree and……

“Yeah! Wally found the Easter Eggs!
There was jelly beans in them for all of us.
Happy Easter, Everybody!”
