My goal as an educator is to help each student develop confidence in their own abilities so they are able to experience success in school. Assignments are differentiated for varying grade and ability levels.

Completed homework returned each day for two consecutive school weeks = a chance to pick from the "prize box". Homework is an extension of class time. It is due on the day after it is assigned and completed. Any questions, please email or call.

Students "caught" working well in class (for a period of time) may earn a prize or game "minutes" to use when they finish their classwork. These rewards will be given to those students who earn it throughout the year by handing in complete and neat work, turning homework in on time every day, and focusing during class time.

If all students receive A's or B's on a test there will be game time in class on the day after the test is returned. The game will be one of three teacher selected choices. If all students receive A's on the test, they may have their choice of math games to play for the whole class period on the next school day.
